Raw Material Receiving & Cleaning

Corn, soybean, wheat, wood chips, and agricultural residues are received, weighed, and cleaned of stones, metal, and impurities through vibrating screens and magnetic separators.

Crushing & Grinding

Hammer mills reduce raw materials to optimal particle size (1–3mm) for maximum pelleting efficiency and pellet quality. Screen size selection is feedstock-dependent.

Batching & Mixing

Automated batching systems precisely weigh each formula ingredient. High-efficiency paddle mixers ensure homogeneous distribution of nutrients, vitamins, and trace elements within Β±2% CV.

Conditioning & Pelleting

Steam conditioning brings feed to optimal temperature (80–90Β°C) activating natural lignin binders. Ring die pellet mills compress material at HRC 52–58 alloy dies β€” the core value-creation stage.

Cooling & Screening

Counter-flow coolers reduce pellet temperature to ambient +5Β°C and moisture to <12%, hardening the pellets. Vibrating screens separate fines, returning them to the pellet mill feed hopper.
