FormulationSteam conditioning brings feed to optimal temperature (80β90Β°C) activating natural lignin binders. Ring die pellet mills compress material at HRC 52β58 alloy dies β the core value-creation stage.
Core ProcessCounter-flow coolers reduce pellet temperature to ambient +5Β°C and moisture to <12%, hardening the pellets. Vibrating screens separate fines, returning them to the pellet mill feed hopper.
